THE ART OF TOUCH
I feel honoured to invite us into a shared exploration of the art of touch ~ and of how we can meet our students, one another, and ourselves through presence, awareness, and connection. Together, we can practise doing less and listening more, releasing the need to force or change anything. By cultivating calm, clarity, and precision, we can offer support at the right moment and allow the practice to unfold with intelligence, care, and trust.
I will share all precise details and materials on the day of opening but you can expect:
• Daily sadhana | practice (led class + mysore style)
• Assists, adjustments, asana lab all connected to Intermediate series
• Bodywork
• Thai yoga massage
• Harmonic technique
