sadhana 2025

With intention, awareness, discipline and daily practice ~ almost anything can be considered as sadhana. During period of 18-21 days we go through different yoga styles, breath techniques and healing methods. This program is suitable for both beginners to learn basic principles of the practice or teachers with desired certification at the end of the course.

~ sadhana takes place in house of karma shala Bratislava, Slovakia (combined with online sessions if needed)

~ continual daily schedule (around 18 to 21 days) is needed and we will experience asana, pranayama, dharana, mantra, bodywork or any desired healing arts

~ we will set the details (suitable times of practice, desired achievement, eventual certification, etc) once you are ready to embark on this commitment
