Daily practice

A conscious entry into a space of collective movement and stillness. Over five consecutive days, the practice gradually settles deeper. The community creates a strong shared field, and regularity carries an experience in which breathing becomes easier not only in challenging asanas, but also in everyday life. The group consists of 14 practicing sadhakas, accompanied throughout the week by a four-person circle of karmayogis ~ 2 teachers plus assistant. This creates a safe, supportive, and personal environment for everyone.

Monday 5:30~9:00

Opening the shared field

The week begins with a guided Ashtanga yoga class at 6:00, setting the rhythm for the entire sadhana. Around 8:00, we continue with a workshop exploring themes such as breath, method, vinyasa, bandha, modifications, and sequencing. This part naturally adapts to the needs of the group.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5:30~8:00

Movement in silence

For the rest of the week, we meet in mysore style from 5:30 in silence, at your own pace, with individual guidance. You are welcome to arrive and leave according to your needs; however, regularity and dedication are essential parts of the process. The opening mantra is at 6:00, and practice should be completed by 7:30.

Each morning closes in a circle with a workshop, kirtan, or discussion, creating space for sharing, finishing by 8:00.

Good to know before registering

Shared agreement

~ everyone is welcome exactly as they are

~ the shala is open daily from 5:30

~ later arrivals and earlier departures are respected

~ we enter the space consciously, with awereness for ourselves and others, in silence

~ coffee, tea, matcha, vitamins, nuts, fruit, and snacks are available daily (desert on Friday)

~ the workshop may be in english if english speaking participants are present, with gentle translation so everyone feels included

~ parking is available via the ParkDots app

~ payment and participation details are open to individual arrangements and adjusted with care

~ once purchased, the place is binding and nonrefundable, but transferable to another person

Denna prax

Vedomy vstup do priestoru kolektivneho pohybu a kludu. Pocas piatich po sebe iducich dni sa prax postupne usadza hlbsie, komunita vytvara silne pole a pravidelnost nesie so sebou skusenost, v ktorej sa nam lepsie dycha nielen v narocnych asanach, ale aj v kazdodennosti. Skupinu tvori 13 praxujucich sadhaka, ktori su pocas celeho tyzdna sadhany sprevadzani teamom karmayogis ~ 2 ucitelmi plus asistent. Vznika tak bezpecne, podporne a osobne prostredie pre kazdeho.

Pondelok 5:30~9:00

Otvorenie spolocneho pola

Tyzden zaciname vedenou lekciou Ashtanga jogy o 6:00, ktora nastavuje rytmus celej sadhany. Priblizne o 8:00 nasleduje workshop, v ktorom sa dotykame tem ako dych, metoda, vinyasa, bandha, modifikacie a sekvencie. Tato cast je prirodzene prisposobena potrebam skupiny.

Utorok, streda, stvrtok, piatok 5:30~8:00

Pohyb v tichosti

Po zvysok tyzdna sa stretavame v mysore style od 5:30 v tichu, vo vlastnom tempe a s individualnym vedenim. Mozes prist a odist podla svojich potrieb, avsak pravidelnost a dedikacia su dolezitou sucastou procesu. Otvaracia mantra je o 6:00 a prax je potrebne ukoncit do 7:30.

Kazde rano uzatvarame v kruhu workshopom, kirtanom alebo diskusiou, kde vznika priestor na zdielanie s ukoncenim do 8:00.
