We are delighted to invite you to a very special evening with one of the most respected Ashtanga Yoga teachers, Petri Räisänen.

During this three-hour masterclass, Petri will guide you through a practice that brings together movement, breath and awareness. The session will include a guided practice of selected postures from the Primary and Intermediate Series, an introduction to pranayama, and a talk on how yoga can become a genuine therapeutic tool for everyday life.

Petri is one of those teachers who has nothing to prove. For more than 30 years, he has been teaching with calmness, humility and a deep respect for each person’s individuality. If you have been hesitant about joining an Ashtanga workshop, this is the perfect opportunity to experience his approach.

All levels are welcome.
No previous Ashtanga Yoga experience is required.
The masterclass is suitable for anyone who wants to experience high-quality guidance and develop a deeper understanding of yoga.
