Together we will explore an unique connection and vast spectrum of possibilities within all three Ashtanga series. Master class includes pranayama, led class, kirtan and then final rest in silence. After practice, we will share cake, coffee and tea, and simply spend a little time together in space which has offered us safety throughout the whole year.
